Compared to other CRMs in the market, Highrise is credible and as a contact management application. The price of the CRM is very competitive but you have to factor in other necessary functionality for operations to move smoothly. The bottom line is that Highrise is very suitable for small business organizations with tight budgets or those that don't really need the fully fledged CRM functionality.
