Sugar is a customer relationship management software suite with a variety of versions geared toward businesses of different sizes. One of the editions of the software, called Sugar Professional, is specifically geared toward small businesses. For a price of $40 per user per month, billed annually, the software provides automation of sales, sales forecasting, management of marketing leads, automation of support, an automated call center, real time reporting and easy to use dashboards, a convenient mobile version of Sugar CRM, deployment of the software through the cloud or work done on premises, 15 GB of storage, unlimited customization and online support as well as on-site SQL server and MySQL support. A number of big name brands have successfully used the Sugar family of products, including Reebok, Insource, Men's Wearhouse, Hillel, Marathon, Novalto and uShip, a shipping marketplace famously featured on the hit Arts & Entertainment Television reality show Shipping Wars.
