openCRX
OpenCRX is an enterprise-level open source CRM solution. It provides coordination of enterprise functions like sales generation, fulfillment, marketing, and services to customers, partners, and vendors. Because openCRX is an open source product offered under a BSD-style license, users get the complete source code and developer's documentation like UML models and Javadocs. The app implements role-based security, a system-wide audit trail, platform independence, and endless scalability. OpenCRX is also ready for the cloud, running on any J2EE 6 compliant app server. The app also is built as a service-based application, a design that allows it to be easily integrated with a user's existing applications. OpenCRX is the culmination of work by Chris Mueller, Werner Froidevaux, and Harald Burger as well as many other supporters. It has been developed as public domain software since 2004.
