Neon's nonprofit CRM will streamline fundraising, managing volunteers and keeping members engaged for charities and other nonprofit organizations. Features include automated communications tools, branded forms and automatic reports. Neon CRM seamlessly integrates with a nonprofit's existing software, including QuickBooks, Mail Chimp and more. Three plans, Basic, Impact and Empower, vary in features, however, all three allow for unlimited users. Support via chat with screen sharing support comes with the Empower plan, while it is an add-on feature for the other two plans. Neon does not offer phone support to its CRM users, but email support and comprehensive video guides are available.
