Batchbook is a contact management resource (CRM) product designed with small businesses in mind. It is very easy to set up and the interface allows the user to see contact information like phone, email, Facebook page, etc. all in the same place. It provides task management and prompting for the salespeople using it and allows them to track a sales cycle in real time. Batchbook analyzes everything it does and provides results-oriented data and analytics that allow businesses to develop short and long term sales strategies. To get started on Batchbook, the user simply cuts and pastes or drags in their existing contacts. Batchbook develops an entire profile for each contact as the lead develops. Batchbook also creates a simple to-do list for the user. Furthermore, Batchbook can be accessed from multiple platforms including mobile devices. Sales people can use it wherever they are at and also share information in-house.
